A HP CLJ-3700 nyomtatónk véletlenszerűen, de egyre gyakrabban 59.99-es hibát ír ki - már az inicializálás közben is. Javítottatok már ilyen problémát?

Van egy ilyen típusú nyomtatóm, a jótállási időig jól működött.
Gondolt egyet és a szkenner része megadta magát. Nem tudom telepíteni, mivel telepítése során ellenőrzi a visszaolvasást. Mivel az ábra jobb oldalán kb. 50mm fekete sávot talál, legalább is ez jelenik meg a beolvasás után, nem engedi tovább a telepítő futtatását, kiakad. Így használhatatlan a gép. Segítsetek! Köszi.
Üdvözletem!
Kaptam egy HP Scanjet 3670 típusú scennert. Szeretném életre kelteni, de a beolvasásnál kiírja, hogy "olvasólámpa inicializálási hiba". Ha estleg valakinek lenne ötlete, vagy kapcsolási rajza hozzá azt megköszönném. Az a masina előnye, hogy a régi fényképezőgép képeket digitalizálni tudnám mivel olvassa a negatívokat.

Van egy (EPSON STYLUS DX5050) nyomtatóm, amit kaptam, viszont nincs telepítőlemezem, driver-em hozzá.
WINDOWS 10 (32bit) operációs rendszerhez kellene.
Ha van valakinek, kérem segítsen, mindenfajta megoldás érdekel.
