A téma neve szinte mindent tartalmaz.A teljesség kedvéért Philips 20PF4121 LC4.1E AB -ben lakik.
A jelzett táp meg van szórva a fenti diódával, ebből 2 nagyon vezet.
A nyitóirányú (220mV) mérés szerint schottky dióda.
Sajnos sehol nem találtam semmi utalást az adataira. Tudnátok-e segíteni?
