Sziasztok. Hoztak a cimbeli uj Hp csodat. Bekapcsolaskor elvegzi az inicializalast, utana rogton kiirja err75 uzenetet. Errol a hibauzenetrol nem talaltam semmit a neten, egyszeruen nem szerepel a hibauzenetek kozott. Talalkozott mar valaki ezzel? esetleg meg is oldotta? Ha nyomtatasi parancsot kap, a motor elindul de 2-3 mp mulva megall es ennyi.

A fenti szerkezetbe hiába cserélnek tintapatront a sárgát mindig üresnek jelzi és nem hajlandó emiatt semmit csinálni. Ha csak fekete nyomtatást kérünk akkor se mozdul. Után-gyártott patronokkal használják. A készülék nagyon keveset futott tehát koszolódás vagy a tintagyűjtő megtelése nem okozhatja a hibát.Fizikai sérülés nem látható csippes után-gyártott patron van benne. Patron csere után nem alszik ki a hibajelzés, kicsit dolgozik megy a szivattyú törölgeti a fejet de a hibajelzés marad. Visszatéve egy gyári kiürültet ugyan ez a helyzet. Érdekes, hogy csak a sárgára panaszkodik.
Ismeri valaki ennek az okát esetleg a megoldást?

A fenti nyomtató bekapcsolás után megcsinálja az öntesztet majd B200 hibakódot ír ki. A fehér-narancs LED felváltva 10-et villog az előlapon. Fórumokat olvasgatva fejtisztítást (mosást) javasolnak. SM-et nem találtam hozzá, de egy hasonló sorozatnál azt írják, hogy: VH monitor error The print head voltage is abnormal.
Találkozott valaki ilyen hibával. Azt sem tudom, mit mérjek, hogy eldöntsem hol a hiba. Nem szívesen áztatgatnám a fejet ha nem muszáj.
