FGH40N60 mivel helyettesithető?

Szevasztok Ma behoztak egy inverteres heggesztőt a munkába,lekaptam a tetejét,egy elekrolit kifujt,4 db FGH40N60 rövid,pontosan nemtudom most a nevét,de valami 250 re végződik,állitólag generátorról használták ami sokat adott. Mivel lehet hejettesiteni,mert a HQ nál csak diódásat ad a kereső,illetve menyibe kerül ennek darabja,ha megtudnátok mondani.
