Sziasztok!
Nemrég vettem a Xerox 3140 nyomtatót és 350 oldal nyomtatása után kiürült a toner. Feltöltöttem porral, de resetelni kellene. Tudnátok ebben segíteni?

Fent nevezett nyomtató egy ideje, a nyomtatási irányra merőlegesen, általában 3 kontúr nélküli festékcsíkot húz, a lap teljes szélességében. A csíkok szélessége 2.5~3 mm.
Tudna valaki a hiba okára javaslatot tenni?
Sziasztok!
Egy ismerősömnek van egy Xerox Fazer 3020 nyomtatója, és leállt. Időnként azt írja ki, hogy VPS, de a papír meg sem mozdul. Állítólag tiszta, nincs benne papírdarab. Folyamatosan nyomtatott, aztán egyszer csak leállt.
Tudna valaki tanácsot adni?
