JBC ADVANCED AD2700 tipusú forrasztóállomás hőfokszabályozó elektronikája meghibásodott. Segítséget kérek a képek alapján a 222 jelű SMD alkatrész feletti és a tőle jobbra lévő SMD tranzisztorok tipusának beazonosításához. Mindennemű fáradozást előre is megköszönök !

Adott egy HURCO CNC marógép, amiben egy Yaskawa freki szabályzó lakik. Az egyik fázis IGBT modulja zárlatos lett: FUJI 2MBI100N-060-10. Szeretnék segíteni a javításban, de sehol nem találok itthon, mert nagyon kellene. Egy gyors beszerzés adott lenne egy másik típusra: 2MBI100VA-060-50. Tokozás szinte ugyan az, adatlapokat átnézve szinte minden egyezik.Szeretnék egy tájékoztatást kapni az inverter guruktól, hogy mit szólnak a cseréhez. A motor tekercsek tökéletesnek tűnnek!
