A jelzett táp meg van szórva a fenti diódával, ebből 2 nagyon vezet.
A nyitóirányú (220mV) mérés szerint schottky dióda.
Sajnos sehol nem találtam semmi utalást az adataira. Tudnátok-e segíteni?
