Canon MX 475 nyomtató 5012 hibajel törlése (Megoldva)
A készülék 5012 hibakódot ír ki. Tudom törölni, de kis idő után újra bejön és nem működik a készülék.
Van esetleg javaslata valakinek, hogy mi okozhatja?
A honlapján azt javasolja, hogy vigyem szervizbe.

Baratom Canon PC-D 450-es gepe kerult hozzam E007-es hibakoddal.A kemenceben a film volt elhasznalodva (teflonreteg serult).Film es nyomohenger csere utan is ugyan az a hibakod.Tud valaki egy szerviz konyvvel vagy legalabb egy hibakod tablazattal segiteni vagy egy ottlettel hogy mi okozhatja a hibat? Futo ellenallas aramkore folytonassagot mutat,futoszal+hobiztositek jok nagy valoszinuseggel. Segitsegeteket elorre is koszonom,Kallos Peter

Szeretnék egy kis segítséget kérni.
Van nálam egy canon pixma MP520 multifunkciós nyomtató.
Festékpatront cseréltek benne,és azóta nem működik.
Egyszer sikerült bekapcsolni,elkezdett kerregni,és azonnal kihúztam.
Azóta nem lehet bekapcsolni.
Tápegységen 10,és 7.5 voltot mérek,holott 24,és 32 voltnak kellene lenni.
Nem találok rajta semmit ami rossz lenne.
