Újabb mechanikus hiba, vagy elektronikus hiba keletkezett??

Üdvözletem mindenkinek.
Ebben a nyomtatóban olyan patronok vannak,amiken chipek vannak.Ha a patron kiürül,letárolja a chip az infót,azután hiába töltöm meg,üresnek érzékeli a nyomtató.
Olyan eljárást keresek,amivel ezeket a patron chipeket le lehetne resetelni.

20-as(fekete) és 49(színes) patron ügyben keresném.

Sziasztok ! A fenti nyomtató 1200DPI szkennelésnél nincs probléma viszont 2400DPI nél végig megy a szkennelés és a legvégén kiírja " egy probléma megakadályozza a dokumentum beolvasását " és " az eszköz nem áll rendelkezésre "
