A készülék összetett hibákkal került hozzám.
Készenlét, illetve bár mi más életjelet nem mutatott a készülék.
Javítás menete:
Első körben az egész panelt át kellett forrasztani, tele volt repedt forrasztásokkal.
Ez után próba indítás során szintén fent állt a fentebb írt hiba, méréseim során a sorvég tranzisztor zárlatos volt, melyet cseréltem, rajz szerint S2000AF tranzisztor van benne, az én esetemben BU508AF volt a halálra ítélt.
Cseréltem az impulzus kondikat vele együtt. CL4,.CL5,.CL6,.CL7,.CL9,.CL12,.CL27.
Ezek után már volt készenlét, de burst üzemben maradt a táp.
Sorvéget lekötöttem, izzóval terhelve a táp meg se moccant.
Fülesmester által csatolt iromány segített a hiba megoldásában, az abban leírt kondenzátorok kihaltak.
Ez úton is köszönöm neki a sok segítséget! :)
Cserélve:CP14,.CP16,.CP40,.CP42,.ZP2. a többi alkatrész a tápban nem szorult cserére, mérve, jónak mutatkoztak.
Ezek után a TV-t szkóppal le ellenőriztem és minden rendben találva hagytam üzemelni.
A tulaj tegnap birtokba vehette.
