Került hozzám egy ilyen inverteres hegesztőgép javításra.
A hiba az hogy folyamatosan túl melegedés jelez, így a elektronika letilt. Nem indul.
Egy klixon ad jelet a túl melegedésre, olyankor szakadt állapotot vesz fel. Nálam ezzel nincs gond.
Nem szakadt. A hiba valahol ebben az áramkőrben lesz.
Át mértem mindent, egyedül talán a hő érzékelőt nem vallattam még ki.
Van olyan köztetek aki ismeri eme típus lelki világát, vagy javított már ilyet.

Fenti hőlégfúvó üzemi hőmérsékletet nem éri el sem 1es, sem 2es fokozatban. Rámérve majd 200 Celsius fokkal marad el a névlegestől (350 ill. 550 fok).
Ötletek?

A címben szereplő Karcher K2.100 nagynyomású mosóval az a problémám, hogy szakaszosan megy a motorja,
szakaszosan nyomja a vizet. Kb. fél másodperces be/ki ciklusokkal teszi mindezt.
Kb. 4 éves lehet, nagyjából ugyanennyi üzemórával. Külső szűrőjét kitisztítottam.
Van ezeknél valami egyszerűen javítható típushiba ami ilyesmit okoz? Érdemes szétszedni?
