Szisztok! AEG Favorit80871M mosogatógép csak a program egy részében fűt,akkor sem minden esetben. A fűtéssel kapcsolatos alkatrészeket már átnéztük. A kérdésem az,hogy ennek a típusnak a szerviz programjába hogyan lehet belépni,illetve milyen módon lehet az egyes funkciókat tesztelni. Sajnos Service Manualt sem találtam hozzá. Köszönettel: Ottó

Üdv! Címbéli mosógép: csak centrire téve: előírás szerint megcsinálta! Vízre kötve, 40fokos pamut mosást kiválasztva, vizet vett, forgatott és fűtött! Majd a fűtés vége előtt leállt a forgás, és onnantól nem csinál semmit! Centrire téve: leszivattyúz és csak szivattyúz, nem forgat! Megint kikapcs: újabb, 60fokos mosásra téve, ajtót lezár és azonnal vizet vesz, be nem forgat! Fűtést bekapcsol, és a hőm. elérésénél ki! Motor újszerű, még 2cm kefe van, szénpor semmi! Szintkapcsoló kattan 2x is, szivárgó áram nuku! Biztos ami ziher: cseréltem egy BTB16-os triakot, de semmi változás! Tegnap itt feladtam! Ha valaki járt már így ilyen géppel, megköszönöm a segítő szándékát! Köszönöm!
 

Hope I've selected the right forum, I don't speak Hungarian! I have a Philips shaver HP5847 in which I was replacing the rechargeable battery. Unfortunately while trying to fit it (with long tags attached) something must have shorted out while I was turning the shaver around and it suddenly stopped working (the motor had initially immediately started running as I inserted the pre-charged battery pack). I found the Service Manual on this site but unfortunately there are no component values shown on the schematic. It was helpful to see the circuit diagram and I noted a (small-value) resistor R20 in series with the motor (for load current-sensing). I found no conductivity through it, so I shorted that out and miraculously the motor started working! I checked out the data sheet for the SAA1500T charge controller but other than confirming my understanding of the function of the resistor gave no help in working out what kind of value I should replace it with... I guess it's a function of the actual motor parameters. I imagine it is going to be of the order of 1 Ohm or less but this type of surface mount resistor does not appear to have a value marking on it unlike the other components on the PCB. Can anyone suggest a value for R20 please?

Üdvözlet a Szakiknak! Az lenne a kérdésem hogy mi lehet a probléma ennél a mosogépnél? Nagyon érdekes hibát generál. Ha elindítom egy programról akkor elindul, veszi a vízet fűt, szivattyúzik és akkor jelentkezik a hiba. Ha csak simán bekapcsolom, nem választok ki programot, csak simán villog a lakat jelző led, akkor egy idő után bekapcsol a szivattyú és jelzi a hibát. Tudomásom szerint a 8-as hiba a következőket jelenti.: Vízfűtőegység reléje beégett (csak a nyomáskapcsoló „üres” állapotában) vagy a nyomáskapcsoló „üres” állapotban ragadt (üres és tele együttes jelzése). Relét ellenőriztem Fűtőtest relét cseréltem. Fűtőbetét cserélve a hiba maradt. Találkozott valaki már ilyen problémával? Hol lehet a hiba szerintetek? Köszönettel Mo-joló testvér.
