Helyettesíthető-e ez az IC a TDA9361PS/N2/3I1281-al ?

Sziasztok,
izgat régóta ez a kérdés. A fellehető átalakítás (TDA8143) nem opció, mert az is drága, avgy nem is rendelhető. Olvastam valami Infracolor sormeghajtó trafó beépítéséről, de eléggé helyszűke van, és van egy kis barkácsolás jellege a dolognak. Nekem az ütött szöget a fejembe, hogy mi lenne ha átalakítanám az AK30 alapján Darlingtonosra. Ez elsőre elég elszabadult ötletnek tűnik, de esetleges tanácsaitok és a rajz tanulmányozása után lehet hogy neki fogok kidolgozni a prototípust, és akkor innentől kezdve egy gondunk kipipálva.
Vélemény?
kérdésem lenne hozátok, probálta valaki a helyetesítést?
tda2270 -nákunk nem kapható- helyet tda8170.
ha igen mire kel odafigyelni.
a datasit szerint mukodhetne egy 1u/16v kondival a 8170es 7es lábán.?

Egy TDA.440-es IC-t keresnék.Ez sajnos már egy megszűnt tipús.Hol lehet beszerezni ennek a megoldásában kérném segítségeteket.
