Whirlpool szárítógépbe keresek bontásból fűtőtestet (fűtőszálat).
2050W. 0500.WH26611, 1T18294003 felirat a gyárin. Neten MFU710 típusként láttam.

Ma reggelre a mosógépünk meglepett egy meghibásodással.Whirlpool AWT288/3.
A motor csapágyai beálltak,zúgnak.A kérdésem a következő.
A motor felépítése azt mutatja,hogy ne akarjam javítani.A szegecseket lefúrtam,a tacho generátor mágnesét tartó szegecset is leflexeltem,kifúrtam,majd kap egy menetet,a csapágyak lejönnek,DE..hogy a ..tudom leszedni a tengely végéről az "ékszíjtárcsát"?
Megmelegítsem lánggal,esetleg egy kottás lehúzó le tudja nekem húzni?

First of all, sorry I do not speak hungarian, so I better write in english and google translation follows
Problem:
Pump was seized, reason was in worn bushes on shaft, especially one under impeller. Seems like it is designed to be non repairable, problem is how to remove impeller without destroying it. According internet, bushes looks to be from grafit (?).
Also found good video on YT, explaining problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNG88OZrDQo. They sell new impeller but nowadays not possible to buy from RU https://www.avito.ru/cherepovets/bytovaya_tehnika/krylchatka_posudomoyki_ariston_bosch_hansa_i_dr_2093991562.
So, I'm still trying to find a way to remove impeller and replace bushes (rear bush is no problem). Does anobody tried and succeded? Or are there some impellers for sale? (I did not find any)
This is very bad design, lifetime of bushes is very short...

Probléma:
A szivattyút lefoglalták, oka a tengely kopott perselyeiben volt, különösen a járókerék alatt. Úgy tűnik, hogy nem javítható, a probléma az, hogyan távolítsuk el a járókereket anélkül, hogy megsemmisítenék. Az internet szerint a bokrok grafitból származnak (?).
Jó videót is találtam a YT-n, amely elmagyarázza a problémát https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNG88OZrDQo. Új 3D nyomtatott járókereket árulnak, de manapság nem lehet megvásárolni a RU-tól https://www.avito.ru/cherepovets/bytovaya_tehnika/krylchatka_posudomoyki_ariston_bosch_hansa_i_dr_2093991562.
Szóval, még mindig próbálom megtalálni a módját a járókerék eltávolításának és a perselyek cseréjének (a hátsó persely nem probléma). Senkinek nem próbálkozott és sikerült? Vagy vannak eladó járókerekek? (egyet sem találtam)
Ez nagyon rossz kialakítás, a perselyek élettartama nagyon rövid...

A Whirlpool AWT2288/3-800 mosógép programkapcsolója nem vesz vizet és csak ürít.Száma:461975300801-00.Fotókat megpróbálok feltenni róla!Az élére állított kispanelben egy IC van.Több SMD tranyó,R és C (?).A forrasztási oldalon is.A tápfesz, 24V és 5V ,megvan.Iac:80-90mA.230Vac-vel megtáplálva a szinkron motor indulási pozícióba forgatta a kapcsolót.A kis panelon memória IC nincs.A nagy panelon sincs.(?)A nagypanelon három TRIAC található (rendben), néhány D,ELKOK,R és C mellett(rendben).Az ellenállások nem szakadtak vagy rövidzárak.A D ,D.ELKOK rendben.Mi okozhatja a mosógép hibáját?Előre is köszönöm a segítségeteket.Üdv Jano

A 1,5uF-os táp kondi és a motorTRIAC cseréje után a panel mindenféle butaságokat csinál.Pl.centri közben vizet vesz.Stb...Ezért a tiulaj eltekintett a javítástól.Újat vesz.A gép bontásra kerül.Nagyon szépen köszönöm a segítségeteket.Üdv Jano
